Vehicle Charging
Electric Vehicle Charging
The UK is rapidly approaching the phase out of internal combustion engines, but there remain growing concerns over the availability of public EV charging facilities. The only way for businesses to ensure that commuting staff, visitors or their own electrified fleets have reliable access to sufficient charging capacity is to install their own EV charging infrastructure.
Switching to electric vehicles is one of the most substantial reductions in carbon emissions that many organisations can make, significantly reducing their carbon footprint and progressing towards the ultimate goal of net zero. They also offer a significant reduction in transport costs, particularly for fleet vehicles that perform regular journeys of up to around 100 miles a day. There is also a growing range of financial incentives available, including tax and duty exemptions and capital allowances.
Since 2021, VOEV have been partnered with Project EV, allowing us to offer a range of fast and rapid charging stations across a broad range of commercial and public sector organisations. Every project we deliver has a dedicated project manager and uses our own team of conscientious, highly trained engineers. VOEV provides a comprehensive installation service that includes initial site surveys, costings, full installation including both mains and civil works, aftercare and maintenance. All projects are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, as we are also able to guide you through what government grant schemes might be available for your project.
